Marinero 1

I sentrum av Arguineguin, like ved den norske klubben, ligger en bygning med leiligheter i kanarisk stil, Marinero I. 
Her er det mulig å leie 'apartamentos', bestående av soverom, bad og stue med kjøkkenkrok og en liten balkong for en eller to uker - eller lengre tid. 

Huset er bygget i tre etasjer rundt et atrium, en åpen plass, med planter og kanarisk kunst, 

Takterrassen
- Det som kanskje gjør mest inntrykk er den store takterrassen med utsikt mot sør, utover havet. 

Sentral beliggenhet
Stranden ligger femten-tjue meter fra huset, og det aller meste av offentlige tjenester, post, bank, havna, butikker og andre tilbud i Arguineguin ligger i kort gåavstand fra Marinero 1. 

Marinero ble bygget av den nåværende eierens mor.


Marinero 1

In the middle of Arguineguin, near the Norwegian club, there is a Canarian style building of apartments Marinero I.

Here one may rent 'apartamentos' (living room with a kitchen corner, bathroom, bedroom and a small balcony) for one or two weeks - or longer periods of time.

It is a three-storey house built around a patio, an atrium with plants and Canarian artifacts.

The roof terrace
The roof terrace is most impressive, with a lovely sea view to the south.

Central location
The beach is only about 20 yards away, and you will find most public services - post office, banks, shops, restaurants, the harbour etc. - within walking distance.

Marinero was built by the mother of the present owner.
